Gellibrand River Gallery

Trading Hours: The Gellibrand River Gallery is open Friday to Sunday, most public holidays and by appointment. The Gallery closes, except by appointment, during July each year. Photography by Debb Gartland may be purchased online at any time.

Just two hours from Melbourne and only 20 minutes from Colac, the Gellibrand River Gallery is nestled in the heart of the Otways in the charming village atmosphere of Gellibrand River. While in the Otways, be sure to visit the Gellibrand River Gallery & take home your own unique piece of locally handcrafted artwork.

Please Note: Due to the individuality, variety and complexity of works available in the Gallery, artwork other than photography by Debb Gartland is available instore only, unless otherwise arranged.  

Supporting local artists, the Gallery provides a stimulating & encouraging Exhibition Space for its Consignee Artists to exhibit. Exhibited works may vary from traditional, sculptural & contemporary to fine art, experimental & installation. Exhibitions & installations in the Gallery’s Exhibition Space mix Feature Artists & Themes throughout the year.
Providing an additional retail outlet for local artists, the Gallery has a large range of locally handmade works for sale including (but not limited to!) glassware, jewellery & cards to photography, textiles & woodwork.
Subject to availability, the Gallery’s Exhibition Space may be available for hire. Please feel free to contact us to discuss your needs.
